Job Summary
Associate Project Manager (Fanatics Collectibles) will own the product development process for a portfolio of ~50 products per year, help build delivery roadmaps with prepress milestones, track status and ensure clean hand-offs across a cross-functional team, proactively identify bottlenecks, and prepare materials for escalation to senior leadership. Candidates should demonstrate leadership presence, strong organizational skills, data understanding of complex processes, critical thinking, and a relentless delivery mindset to drive alignment and execute initiatives in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred, and experience managing cross-functional teams in a high-velocity setting is desirable.
