Job Summary
Manage facility projects including repairs, equipment replacements, and minor improvements while tracking budgets, reviewing invoices, and documenting change orders. Maintain accurate project records, contracts, and reports from initiation through close-out, monitoring milestones, risks, and deliverables to escalate issues as needed. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to prioritize needs and minimize operational disruptions, supporting site walks and punch list completion. Travel regularly between multiple project sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, facilities, construction, or operations
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and verification of employment, education, and other credentials relevant to the position
- This role will be expected to travel regularly between multiple project sites
Desired Qualifications
- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) knowledge or experience is highly preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
