Job Summary
Conduct daily project management activities including preparation for kickoff meetings, cost reviews, and field planning. Coordinate field repairs with internal departments and customers, review revised drawings and NOCs for scope changes, and visit project sites prior to erection to communicate the Fabcon Field process. Attend scheduling meetings to maintain project timelines, assist in subcontractor quote development and base building, and manage project closing out processes for collections and punch-lists. Track 10 and out plans to ensure activities reach completion and follow up on required materials. This developmental program provides mentoring and practical experience to train future Project Managers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership, organizational and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Customer Service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer skills; Word, Excel and Outlook
- An understanding of construction with the ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Must be able to Move 25lbs
- Must be available for Some travel by car and/or airplane
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in construction industry
