Job Summary
Associate Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of Exotel's CQA products, lead enterprise onboarding and technical requirements collection, drive timelines across stakeholders, oversee integration into the telecom/API ecosystem, and coordinate with engineering, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure deployment and successful handover to Support Engineers.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of project management experience in software, SaaS, or deep technical product delivery
- proven track record delivering enterprise implementations
- strong familiarity with AI/ML, NLP, and GenAI (prompt engineering, LLM applications)
- deep understanding of integration methods for CRMs, APIs, cloud systems, architecture, and deployment methodologies
- systems knowledge across Linux, networking, databases, message queues, and caching
- exceptional communication and negotiation skills for technical discussions with executives and engineers
