Job Summary
Associate Project Manager on the EMA team to manage production/delivery calendars, track progress, maintain Salesforce-based reports, support sales readiness, and coordinate cross-functional efforts. Responsibilities include coordinating across strategy, data, and sales teams; updating internal reporting systems; supporting data workflows (FactSet), and managing Shopify store operations. Requires 2-4 years of related experience, strong organization and communication, proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint, and collaboration across teams. Hybrid role based in NYC with in-office expectations; relocation not available.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in project management, operations, business operations, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with project tracking tools or CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus
- Comfort working with data and supporting data-related workflows (FactSet or similar experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across systems and reporting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
