Job Summary
Lead planning and execution of construction projects for new builds and remodels, managing schedules, FF&E delivery, and design layouts while ensuring brand compliance and cost control. Collaborate with franchisees and stakeholders from design through post-construction, resolving on-site issues and optimizing store development timelines. Draft technical drawings using CAD and design software, review final documents for regulatory adherence, and proactively identify risks to minimize disruptions. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Construction Management with 5+ years of F&B experience, proficiency in Excel and Visio, and ability to travel nationwide. This role supports the growth of our company by ensuring timely openings of high-quality franchise bakery stores.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of directly related experience on F&B construction management
- Interior design: 5 years
- CAD: 5 years
- architecture: 5 years
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in construction project management software
- knowledge of construction industry best practices
- understanding of relevant building codes and regulations
- Able to travel nationwide for onsite construction management & coordination
Desired Qualifications
- Franchise brand experience strongly preferred
- Professional proficiency in English language (spoken and written)
- Korean language proficiency is a plus
