Job Summary
Coordinate internal and client-facing communications for biologics testing projects and provide administrative/logistics support for laboratory business processes. Assist in preparing, tracking, and distributing project documentation (agendas, minutes, samples, protocols, change orders, reports), support client sample in-take to ensure timely study start-up, and process final reports. Collaborate with technical staff to identify scope changes and submit SOW revisions; maintain project management data in PM trackers, timelines, and LIMS databases; collaborate with laboratory, finance, and accounts payable to ensure accurate client invoicing and pricing in LIMS/SAP; follow up on billing discrepancies and escalate as needed. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, GMP practices, and SOPs; provide support across PM capacity planning and project management dashboards, and communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve requests and issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, biological sciences, or related discipline
- 0-2 years related experience in project management in a laboratory or research environment; CRO/CMO experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, attention to detail
- Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, Excel; Smartsheet and database experience preferred
- Experience with project management processes, SOP compliance, billing/invoicing processes, and LIMS/SAP familiarity
