Job Summary
Associate Project Manager responsible for supporting paid media projects from client briefing through launch and delivery. Manages creative development workflows, including timelines, reviews, approvals, client status updates, and adherence to client regulatory requirements. Prepares deliverable submissions for client systems and legal review to ensure formats and information comply with client requirements. Maintains and updates project timelines, trackers, status documents, and meeting notes to align internal and external stakeholders. Ensures data accuracy in internal systems across project management, budget tracking, and resource management inputs. Supports process-improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of project or account coordination experience in an agency environment
- Experience coordinating or supporting paid media, media creative production, social media, and/or influencer marketing projects
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across a variety of personalities and disciplines
- Self-starter with the ability to manage workload independently and proactively
- Experience utilizing project management platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Wrike, Asana, or similar tools preferred
- Experience working on regulated or compliance-sensitive brands preferred
- Familiarity with paid media trafficking and creative asset delivery workflows preferred
- Experience working within integrated agency teams or multi-agency client environments preferred
