Job Summary
Manage end-to-end project delivery for assigned clients, ensuring completion within scope, budget, and allocated run time. Build and monitor timelines while maintaining accountability with internal and cross-functional stakeholders. Create detailed status reports, facilitate meetings, and track end-to-end supply chain execution to meet production needs. Reconcile job costing analysis, manage ancillary billing items, and oversee inventory levels including slow-moving stock and SLOB management. Lead quarterly business reviews, update ERP forecasts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Project Management philosophies
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes including raw materials, vendor supply, production processes, machinery, quality control, etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills among all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively train, coach, and mentor managers to drive world-class service and results
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of senior leadership and with multiple departments
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Get-it-done mindset: able to handle stress well, humble, and scrappy
- Open-minded and curious listener who is able to pick up context quickly and can navigate ambiguity to get to the heart of the problem
- Self-starter attitude who can initiate and drive large initiatives from concept to completion
- Experience with an MRP system (fully integrated manufacturing system that links project status to Accounting, Production, Shipping/Receiving, etc)
- Attend all food safety training sessions (GMP, SQF, HACCP, Allergen, Food Facility Security, Preventing Foodborne Illness)
- Participate in company GMP walks
- Enforce company rules regarding food safety and monitoring
- Office setting and warehouse environment with temperature range of 55 – 80 degrees
- Operate standard office equipment
- Reach with hands and arms
- Lift up to 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
