Job Summary
Associate Project Manager at Chase Media Solutions drives end-to-end delivery of product enhancements and launches. You coordinate cross-functional work across Product, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Technology to keep plans on track, ensure launch readiness, and support continuous improvement after release. Your responsibilities include leading planning, managing scope and timelines, defining success metrics, coordinating testing and documentation, driving release readiness, supporting go-to-market materials, facilitating communication across teams, tracking progress and KPIs, managing escalations during launch, and capturing learnings to inform the roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of project management experience in product delivery, launches, or technology programs
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to partner effectively with product and technology teams to deliver outcomes
