Associate Project Manager - Capital Project Delivery

Job Summary
Support planning, coordination, and execution of construction and launch initiatives for new fulfillment centers, office spaces, renovations, and other capital projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality and safety standards. Develop project management capabilities through hands-on experience in construction, launch execution, and operational readiness while contributing to process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement. Track project risks, monitor progress, and escalate issues to Project Managers. Travel 60–80% based on project needs. Bachelor's degree required with 1–3 years of project coordination experience; CAPM certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of project coordination, project management, construction, operations, engineering, or related experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- Ability to interpret business requirements and support process improvement initiatives
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, construction, or material handling systems
Desired Qualifications
- CAPM certification
- PMP eligibility or pursuit
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or other fast-paced environments
- Microsoft Project experience
