Job Summary
Manage key project activities across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing for regulated product labeling initiatives. Develop labeling strategies based on regulatory, marketing, and technical requirements while partnering with subject matter experts to mitigate challenges. Lead cross-functional teams to produce and release technical communications deliverables from concept through implementation, prioritizing activities and managing project interfaces. Monitor progress, provide status updates to stakeholders, and lead phase and business reviews. Adapt project strategies in response to research and development changes and collaborate to improve department processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years' project management experience
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or significant progress toward PMP certification
- Experience with project management tools and techniques
- Experience working within a medical device company
- Experience with medical device literature and labeling
