Job Summary
Lead cross-functional teams across multiple sites to manage sustaining projects on commercialized single-use devices, covering schedules, scope, costs, and resources from kickoff through implementation. Develop comprehensive project plans addressing cost, schedule, risk, and performance while monitoring progress against key business objectives. Drive prioritization of the sustaining project portfolio in partnership with functional managers, manage technical challenges and moderate-to-high risk levels, and maintain issue logs and metrics. Mentor functional and project managers, build strong relationships with franchise leadership, and communicate cross-functional issues to influence timely stakeholder resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Level 8 Hons Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional project teams
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, actively listen and encourage the open exchange of ideas and perspectives
- Ability to influence and motivate stakeholders without direct authority and build support through strategic relationships and persuasive communication
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across project teams, functions and stakeholder groups to achieve shared goals
- Strong planning and execution skills, including the ability to develop comprehensive project plans, prioritize initiatives, establish accountability and monitor progress against objectives
