Job Summary
Junior/Associate Project Manager role in Ostrava focused on project coordination, customer order management, and SAP-based project administration. Responsibilities include entering service and sales orders and projects into SAP, coordinating deliveries and logistics, monitoring delivery dates, generating licenses, invoicing and receivables management, supporting monthly closings, and ensuring effective collaboration between engineering, sales and customers. Required Qualifications
- Experience with project administration, orders or in the supply chain area is an advantage, not a requirement
- Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system is an advantage
- Communicative knowledge of Czech, English and German (min. B2)
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple tasks at once and determine priorities
- Diligence, independence and a responsible approach
