Job Summary
Lead planning and execution of projects within ABB FAO, collaborating with FAO senior/mid-level management and cross-functional teams (GPO, IS, FPDS, HR, country finance) to deliver projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation (RAID logs, toolkits, reporting decks, lessons learned), managing risks and mitigations, applying project management methodologies, coordinating resources and tasks, and communicating progress to the Global PMO and FAO leadership. Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office, and solid presentation abilities, with a degree in MCom, MBA (Finance), or BCom and professional English communication.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance operations (P2P, O2C, R2R) or at least 2 years of project management experience with Finance Operations as a key stakeholder, with total professional experience of 5–8 years
- Degree in MCom, MBA (Finance), or BCom, with appropriate documentation
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills
