Own the project management process for Periodic Safety Update Reports by optimizing workflows, deploying consistent methodologies, and executing Microsoft Project plans and Lean Kit boards. Retrieve and route documents for approval within Medical Device Quality Systems while providing leadership to staff and supporting audits and inspections. Partner with cross-functional teams including Medical Directors, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D to ensure global PSUR timelines are met and metrics on safety surveillance and compliance activities drive corrective actions. Maintain visibility into project milestones and task levels to enable timely preventive actions.
