Job Summary
Join Performance Contracting as an Associate Project Engineer, an entry-level role pivotal for future leaders. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or comparable work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.)
- Clear understanding of how to read and interpret specifications and drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to learn new skills by engaging in technical job functions
- Strong customer service skills and relationship-building abilities
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
