Job Summary
Conduct safety meetings, create and manage punch lists, and support Quality Control Measures within PCI's QA/QC program. Prepare RFIs and submittals, perform labor control on assigned projects, and execute quantitative takeoffs for material ordering. Support job schedule implementation, coordinate warranties and O&M's, and manage material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing. This entry-level role serves as a launchpad for future leaders in project management and estimating. The position is based in Holliston, MA, with a salary range of $84,600 plus a non-guaranteed bonus. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or comparable work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.)
- A clear understanding of how to read and interpret specifications and drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to learn new skills by engaging in technical job functions and applying new skills as they are taught
- Strong customer service skills and relationship-building abilities
- Must have critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
- Works well under pressure and deadlines
