Job Summary
Lead electrical design for medium-voltage switchgear and manage complex projects in a cost-effective manner. Apply basic design thinking concepts to optimize project design and promote standardization. Engage with customers to negotiate and finalize technical agreements while providing robust technical support to internal colleagues and external clients. Mentor new employees and assistant engineers. Work onsite to deliver assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects. Requires a Bachelor's degree in electrical automation, over three years of design experience, proficiency in EPLAN and AutoCAD, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in electrical automation or a related field
- Over 3 years' experience of electrical design
- Good communication and logical thinking ability
- Good English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Strong focus on quality and cost control
- Proficient in office software, such as EPLAN, AutoCAD
