Job Summary
Associate Project Delivery Lead oversees planning, tracking, and managing customer projects including onboarding, serving as the main point of contact for customers and technical resources, and driving projects to success through task management, status updates, and clear communication. Responsibilities include transitioning clients to Thrive managed services, coordinating with account managers to define success criteria, assigning tasks to Engineers, producing digestible project plans, handling invoicing understandings, transitioning new clients to the project delivery team, and collaborating with an onboarding consultant to confirm project scope and service inclusions. Required skills include project management experience, proficiency with project plans and timelines, strong verbal and written communication, conflict resolution, teamwork, and knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, disaster recovery concepts, and Thrive technologies (Office 365, Microsoft Server OS, Private Cloud, Public Cloud Azure, Networking, Disaster Recovery, Backup). Preferred certifications include PMP/CAPM/Prince, and experience with SmartSheets or ServiceNow; a willingness to improve team processes is noted.
Required Qualifications
- Moderate experience in project management and professional services
- Skilled in managing project plans, creating timelines, and keeping all parties to task
- Interpersonal Skills- Strong Verbal and Written Communication, Conflict Resolution, Positive Attitude, Teamwork
- Understanding of cloud computing, networking, cyber security, and disaster recovery concepts
- Familiarity with Thrive technologies included but not limited to: Office 365, Microsoft Server OS, Private Cloud, Public Cloud (Azure), Networking (Firewalls, Switching, Access Points), Disaster Recovery, Backup technology
- Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, Prince etc.)
- Experience using SmartSheets and/or ServiceNow (or other project management software)
- Willingness to improve team process and contribute to team and company initiatives
