Associate Project Coordinator - Temp, 2nd Shift

Associate Project Coordinator on 2nd Shift (overnight installations) serves as the primary remote point of contact for on-site technicians via Microsoft Teams, communicates activity delays to Project Leads, ensures installers check in/out as scheduled, escalates issues preventing store openings with the audio system, and supports documentation and work orders including equipment delivery tracking, RMA closures, and review of installation photos for accuracy. Responsibilities include updating the Master Spreadsheet, managing project deliverables, and performing related administrative duties. Requires strong organizational and customer-service skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, basic networking knowledge, and advanced MS Office proficiency; must be comfortable working overnight hours. Education: High School Diploma; Experience: 1+ years in related field.
