Associate, Programs and Policy

Associate, Programs and Policy role supporting Grants Management, Program Administration, Relationship Management, Partnerships, and Research within Omidyar Network's Programs and Policy team. Responsibilities include facilitating discovery and due diligence of prospective grantees, end-to-end grant lifecycle management, coordinating with Portfolio Insights and Engagement staff, maintaining internal project management infrastructure, supporting stakeholder management and meetings, serving as a point of contact for grantees and external partners, representing ON at public events as needed, and conducting research on emerging issues in digital technology. The position is hybrid, based in San Francisco, CA or Washington, DC, with employees required to reside within 100 miles of the assigned office. Requires current U.S. work authorization. Compensation ranges: San Francisco $93,800 - $117,300; Washington, DC $84,500 - $105,600. This is a three-year fixed-term, full-time role with competitive benefits, including health care and 401k.
