Job Summary
Oversee the Children’s Mobile Response program with clinical, operational, and administrative leadership; supervise Crisis Intervention Specialists; conduct clinical reviews of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments; manage scheduling, on-call rotation, and staff development; ensure quality of care and compliance with CSOC deadlines; provide crisis intervention after hours; participate in leadership discussions; hire, interview, and train staff; maintain relationships with community agencies; ensure data integrity and program standards; licensure path support for eligible candidates; requires NJ LSW/LAC and driving.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology or equivalent with 3.5 years’ experience in behavioral health
- New Jersey LSW or LAC required
- Must be in process and able to obtain independent New Jersey licensure [LCSW or LPC]
- Experience with children and families preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License in good standing
