Job Summary
The Associate Program Manager will manage technician backfill, assist in training team members, and facilitate daily program activities to improve services. Responsibilities include preparing reports, collaborating with internal resources for issue resolution, and managing projects assigned by the Program Manager. The role requires involvement in financial activities and pricing exercises, backing up the Program Manager when needed, and may require travel to client sites. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, experience in IT service delivery, and strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of experience or an equivalent amount of experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to oversee the planning, organization, development, and implementation of projects and services
- Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with clients
- Ability to learn new concepts and processes
- Understand and operate within a specific governance model
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with IT service delivery
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Knowledge of relevant technical software
