Associate Program Manager

Associate Program Manager in Spartronics' manufacturing environment will assist with day-to-day account program management across production, planning, materials management, quality, engineering, and new business development; manage shipment approvals, ASNs, ECO tracking, open order reports, and customer-facing activities; monitor customer portals, scorecards, and forecasts; handle quotations, contract reviews, and order entry; track actions and ECOs, analyze component history and recalls, and identify program risks using system reporting to escalate as needed; requires strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to read contracts/technical procedures, and experience with ERP/MRP systems; ITAR-restricted role requiring US citizenship, permanent residency, or Green Card; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or Business Management is preferred; 8:00-5:30 schedule in Williamsport, PA with full-time employment and comprehensive benefits.
