Job Summary
Associate Program Manager (MN) will help manage RFQ, NPI, and CPT processes, administer customer contracts, and lead cross-functional program teams. Responsible for coordinating business, operational, and contractual activities; providing senior management with updates on risks, escalations, and opportunities for process improvement; managing quotes and RFQ processes; overseeing NPI and CPT teams; communicating progress to customers; and supporting transition plans, cost controls, and performance metrics within a manufacturing/contracting environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least two years of experience in engineering, high volume assembly management, procurement, or finance
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical publications/reports
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to present information to managers, engineers, clients, and customers
- Applied business and economic mathematics and analysis
- Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret technical instructions and manage multiple variables
- Proficiency in computers and project management tools
- Understanding of RFQ process and business cost drivers
- Experience with contract manufacturing (preferred)
- Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish, Vietnamese, and/or Chinese (preferred)
