Job Summary
Associate Program Manager, Marketing supports the sales team by generating marketing plans, proposals, presentations and promotional materials; manages projects and programs to meet sales goals for products, services and market segments; conducts market research and develops marketing literature, intranet, and external websites; coordinates promotional efforts, advertising messaging, and collaboration with clients and the sales team; analyzes data to assess market variances, marketing initiatives and promotional performance; contributes to budgets and vendor negotiations; and works in a hybrid setup with onsite presence in Phoenix, AZ, and remote options on select days.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 to 5 years’ related experience in marketing or the hospitality industry
- Advanced knowledge of marketing principles across advertising, direct marketing, events, field marketing, and digital platforms
- Knowledge of assigned products, services, or market segments and their strategic positioning
- Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and brand standards relevant to marketing operations
- Knowledge of marketing analytics, performance metrics, and budget management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for developing presentations, proposals, and promotional content
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce for project and data management; ability to adopt AI-enabled tools to automate workflows and enhance reporting accuracy
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Ability to manage marketing programs and projects from concept through execution
- Ability to respond to diverse marketing communication needs and deliver high-quality materials
- May travel up to 10% of work time
- This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite presence Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at our Global Operations Center, Phoenix, AZ; remote on Tuesdays and Thursdays
