Job Summary
Associate Program Manager in Lonza’s Dosage Forms Solutions business supports early-stage development programs from intake through execution readiness; partners with Product Development, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to confirm feasibility and timelines; identifies risks early and escalates gaps; coordinates development agreements; sets up and maintains product and material data in ERP systems (SAP); tracks milestones and supports continuous improvement initiatives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, nutrition, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and strong organizational, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
