Job Summary
Associate Program Manager – Learning Technology drives the day-to-day operations of Floor & Decor’s learning ecosystem. Owns LMS administration, content publishing, learner experience, inquiries handling, vendor collaboration, and platform integrations; ensures QA standards, dashboards, and actionable analytics to inform continuous improvement. Responsible for evaluating emerging learning technologies, coordinating demonstrations and pilots, documenting current-state processes, and supporting investments in learning tech. Requires 2–5 years in learning technology or related digital/tech roles, with proven LMS configuration, content deployment, and data reporting capabilities; familiarity with Axonify or similar frontline platforms and authoring tools is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in learning technology, L&D operations, or a related digital/technology role
- Experience managing a learning management system (LMS, LXP, or similar) including configuration, user management, and content deployment
- Experience with reporting and data tools; ability to compile and present data clearly
- Experience with Axonify or similar frontline learning platforms preferred
- Experience with common authoring tools (Vyond, Articulate, AI, etc.) is a plus
