Job Summary
Associate Program Manager at Draper serves as the GTAP Program Site Lead at Cape Canaveral, supporting the Multi-Sensor Navigation (PNC2) within the GNC Solutions portfolio. Responsibilities include assisting in development and maintenance of project/program documentation (Integrated Master Schedule, risk tracking, procurement actions), monitoring budgets, supporting business development within current or new customers, facilitating program reporting, and coordinating with project teams. The role involves lifecycle planning (LCM) and strong written/oral communication, with emphasis on organizing programmatic information for planning, execution, monitoring and control, and presenting results to management and peers. Requires collaboration under guidance of Program Manager and leadership to ensure successful project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in engineering, computer science, business, or related technical field)
- 2 years’ professional experience in project/program management in commercial or defense industry required
