Associate Program Manager at CLEAResult to support successful delivery of client DSM programs by coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, software development, operations, analytics), overseeing budgets and contracts (typical annual revenue $1M–$2M), monitoring milestones and KPIs, analyzing program challenges, and contributing to strategy and business development while guiding team members and contributing to ongoing program improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- 3–4 years of project or program management experience
- 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing program deliverables
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Financial acumen with experience tracking budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and recommend actions
- Ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders
