Job Summary
Strategic Associate Program Manager to support the High Risk Pregnancy Program (HRPP) by leading dissemination strategies, funding proposals, and long-term sustainability planning. Translate program outcomes and evaluation data into compelling communications for federal agencies, foundations, and institutional stakeholders. Collaborate with program leadership, evaluation, finance, and clinical partners to position HRPP initiatives for continued funding, scale, and policy alignment. Requires strong analytical writing, grant development expertise, and the ability to synthesize clinical and evaluation data into fundable narratives to advance women’s and infants’ health.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree PLUS two (2) years of project/program management experience.
Additional Requirements
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Greater Little Rock, AR, or the Greater Northwest, AR, regions, as this position will be located at the UAMS Campus.
