Associate Program Manager - 18 month contract

Associate Program Manager for an 18-month contract role supporting Cencora/Innomar Strategies' patient and provider support and pharma commercialization services in Canada. Responsibilities include maintenance of territory caseworker assignments, ongoing project maintenance, monitoring protocol adherence, documentation in case files, database accuracy, calling to verify content, participation in client consultations, assisting with hiring/training of new staff, identifying needs for database/protocol improvements, daily client project communications, providing backup to the manager, client reporting, and Adverse Event reporting. Requires post-secondary education or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years in healthcare/pharma; RN/RPN asset; bilingualism (French/English) an asset; strong analytical, financial, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Microsoft applications; ability to work independently and in a team; capable of meeting deadlines and multitasking.
