Associate Program Director

Oversee the Center's programs, staffing, and facility maintenance while managing volunteer recruitment, screening, training, and scheduling. Lead marketing and social media efforts by creating content and monitoring platform activities. Collaborate on resource development through grant applications, contracts, and fundraising, and serve as a liaison to governmental agencies and community leaders. Supervise program staff, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, and provide development and retention training. Act as the primary point of contact in the Director's absence. This role supports St. Margaret's Center, a Catholic Charities community hub in Inglewood serving low-income and unhoused populations with over 50,000 annual services.
