Job Summary
Associate Program Director role focused on maintaining fidelity of clinician teams and business operations to uphold quality and efficacy. Responsibilities include mentoring, auditing, maintaining caseloads of clients, collaboration with the Program Director on clinician effectiveness and program success, ensuring comprehensive documentation, overseeing psychotherapeutic interventions for OCD and other mental health disorders, developing and implementing evidence-based protocols for group, coordination, and individual psychotherapy, supervising Behavioral Health Technicians, supporting workflow and problem-solving, and leading initiatives related to KPIs, staff training, and operational efficiency. Requires evenings, in-person work schedule (Mon-Fri 11:00 am - 8:00 pm), licensed therapist, and advanced degree in related fields; describes leadership responsibilities, KPI tracking, and ongoing professional development through training and supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in social work, clinical mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, Pd.D, Psy.D.
- Fully licensed in their practicing state
- 3-5 years management experience
- Cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy experience
- Master de-escalation techniques, crisis planning, and management
