Associate Professor, Radiation Therapy

The Michener Institute is seeking an Associate Professor in Radiation Therapy to prepare and teach assigned courses and lab/simulation sessions, evaluate student progress, and provide advisement. Responsibilities include teaching across subject areas, contributing to course/program assessment and improvements, supervising student projects, setting and assessing exams, maintaining office hours for student support, and participating in scholarship and research activities. The role requires collaboration with faculty and clinical sites, willingness to adapt teaching methods (including online/hybrid delivery), and strong communication and teamwork. Must hold an Advanced Diploma in Radiation Therapy with a relevant undergraduate degree (Graduate Degree preferred), be in good standing with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario, and have demonstrated current clinical experience in Radiation Therapy (1 year treatment planning/CT-simulation experience; 3-5 years asset). Experience with online learning and diversity/inclusion in teaching is valued. Satisfactory police clearance is required upon hire.
