Job Summary
Teach doctoral courses and advise dissertations in the Hawai‘i PsyD program; participate in curriculum development, accreditation, program assessment, and scholarship; engage in service on university, school, and department committees; ability to teach a variety of psychology courses, mentor students, and manage program operations within a full-time on-campus role in Honolulu, Hawai‘i. Requires Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology and licensure or eligibility for licensure in Hawai‘i; duties include teaching ~18 credit hours/year, advising dissertations, participating in accrediation processes, grant writing, and scholarly activity; must be able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings/weekends; on-campus, exempt position.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology
- Licensed or license-eligible as a Clinical Psychologist in the State of Hawai‘i
- Exempt, Full-time, 11-month position
- Forty hours per week (M-F) with possible evenings/weekends
- Ability to teach doctoral courses and advise dissertations
- Experience with curriculum development, accreditation, assessment, and scholarship
