Required Qualifications
- Earned doctoral degree from an accredited institution in the field of Measurement/Evaluation/Research Methods/Educational Psychology/School Psychology/Organizational Behavior or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated record of teaching measurement/evaluation courses at the doctoral level with an emphasis on statistical analysis.
- Demonstrated record of publications utilizing quantitative methodologies.
- Demonstrated record of serving on dissertation committees for doctoral candidates utilizing quantitative methodologies.
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated record of successfully mentoring doctoral candidates through degree completion.
- Demonstrated record of publications utilizing Structural Equation Modeling, Hierarchical Linear Modeling, and/or Linear Regression Modeling.
- Administrative experience in K-12 education.
- Superintendent Certification and experience.
