Job Summary
Provide consultative support for NICE solutions to public and private sector clients, configuring, programming, and modeling processes across application and database environments. Oversee system development lifecycles, create cost estimates, conduct risk analyses, and manage change control while leading technical architecture and mentoring junior staff. Perform business analysis to assess user needs, design systems, and prepare cost/benefit analyses for major projects. Maintain professional demeanor, contribute to client information management standards, and evaluate technology trends. Report to a Team Lead in a hybrid model with 2 office and 3 remote days weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technical or business field or equivalent work experience
- 3-5+ years of professional experience beyond educational requirements
- Technology and analysis skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Deep expertise in call center operations and KPIs
- Confident public speaking and training experience
- Specialized technical skills in software engineering and integration
- Database design, development, and maintenance
- Leadership in technical architecture
