Associate Production Supervisor

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• •3 years of production manufacturing experience
• •Demonstrates operations and technical skills
• •Understanding of Flex functional standards
• •General knowledge of functional concepts
• •Rudimentary understanding of Flex policies and procedures
• •Awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions
• •Ability to operate telephones
• •Ability to use data entry systems
• •Ability to use office software including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation packages, and database systems
• •Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• •Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• •Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers
• •Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
• •Ability to define and solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• •Ability to collect data, establish facts, interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form, and draw valid conclusions
• •Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
• •Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
