Job Summary
Associate Manufacturing Supervisor in Abbott’s CRM division at the Arecibo, Puerto Rico site. You will manage the operations and personnel of the assigned production area to maximize productivity and operating efficiencies, oversee safety, quality compliance, and adherence to Quality System procedures; coordinate labor, materials, and tooling to meet production schedules; monitor line metrics; provide guidance to skilled nonexempt staff; support staffing plans with HR; ensure 100% training/compliance with procedures; develop direct reports through training and disciplinary actions as appropriate; and collaborate with other departments to achieve operational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or Business Administration
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in manufacturing/production environment
- Ability to read, speak, and write Spanish and English
