Job Summary
Greet and accept donations at the station, issue donor receipts, and sort textiles and hard lines into appropriate containers. Load, unload, and move goods using a hand truck to maintain workflow, while supplying team members with necessary materials and restocking stations. Perform basic record keeping, sort and price items, tag products, and rotate inventory per guidelines. Maintain clean aisles, remove obstructions, and ensure work areas remain organized and safe. Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control procedures, reporting any safety hazards or unethical behavior immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year minimum experience working successfully in retail customer service oriented environment
- Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day
- Two-person lifting of some heavy objects may be required
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage
- Must be able to travel as needed if you drive your vehicle during company business
