Job Summary
Greet donors and customers at the donation station, issue receipts, and sort textiles and hard lines into appropriate containers. Load, unload, and move donated goods including furniture using a hand truck to maintain workflow, while supplying team members with necessary materials and restocking stations. Perform basic record keeping, sort and price items with limited supervision, tag products, and ensure aisles remain free of debris. Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control procedures while maintaining clean work areas and reporting safety hazards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year minimum experience working successfully in retail customer service oriented environment
- Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day
- Two-person lifting of some heavy objects may be required
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage
- Must be able to travel as needed if you drive your vehicle during company business
