Job Summary
Production Associate handles loading and unloading donated goods with a hand truck, sorts textiles at a steady pace, distributes donated items for processing and shipping or storage, performs basic record keeping and other retail duties, provides excellent customer service to donors and customers, maintains clean work areas, assists with packaging and inventory control, follows safety and loss-prevention procedures, and collaborates with team members to maintain workflow and excellent service in the Goodwill San Antonio operation.
Required Qualifications
