Associate Production Planner - Singapore

Plan and coordinate physical movement of materials, parts, finished goods, and information to optimize cost and service levels. Schedule and coordinate the flow of work within or between departments to facilitate or expedite production, distributing work orders denoting number, type, and proposed completion dates. Prepare build plans and production schedules for customer orders and inventory replenishment for safety and consignment stocks. Comply with reports on progress of work and machine, tool, and equipment failures to inform on production delays. Deliver continuous improvement through participation in Lean kaizen events and serve as inside liaison for customers and sales agents. Confers with department Team Leaders, customer service, designers, engineering, and marketing to determine progress of work and provide information on changes in processing methods. Works with Purchasing to ensure material availability for all raw and assembled goods required to meet the Master Production Schedule.
