Job Summary
Partner closely with the Production Manager to map out realistic schedules across assigned departments, track quotas, and flag bottlenecks early to prevent blockers. Proactively identify schedule variances, technical issues, or handoff delays and offer actionable solutions while supervising Production Coordinators on administrative tasks and career development. Run efficient dailies meetings with clear notes to ensure team alignment and maintain clean asset handoffs upstream and downstream. Keep ShotGrid immaculate and manage client deliveries with full context to support the fast-paced episodic animation pipeline for a new Marvel Studios streaming series.
Required Qualifications
- 3 plus years of production management experience specifically within a 3D animation or VFX pipeline
- High emotional intelligence combined with exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly proficient with Flow Production Tracking, Google Suite, and Excel
- Must be legally eligible to work in British Columbia

- Previous experience managing teams specifically on fast paced episodic television or streaming series
- A strong interest in workflow optimization, constantly looking for ways to cut out busywork and make the day to day smoother for the crew
