Job Summary
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure efficient production operations while identifying and resolving equipment issues quickly. Communicate regularly with the Shift Supervisor regarding packaging supply replenishment and collaborate with the Cold End Coordinator and Maintenance teams for prompt preventative maintenance or repairs. Adhere to all safety protocols, participate in department and plant safety meetings, and actively contribute to a safe working environment. Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve product quality, environmental sustainability, and health standards. Drive employee retention and engagement to build a motivated workforce within this fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain and maintain current OSHA Certified Powered Industrial Vehicle operator license
- Minimum of two (2) years of industrial experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must have exhibited excellent attendance in prior work history and be committed to maintaining such attendance
- Must be able to sufficiently read, write, and understand English
- Observe safety and security procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions, and use equipment and materials properly
- Accurately count and perform basic math functions, including mental calculation of simple equations and/or fractions
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

- Must be able to obtain and maintain current OSHA Certified Powered Industrial Vehicle operator license
