Job Summary
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure efficient production operations while identifying and resolving equipment issues quickly. Collaborate with the Shift Supervisor, Cold End Coordinator, and Maintenance teams to address equipment problems and perform preventative maintenance. Replenish packaging supplies by communicating regularly with the Shift Supervisor. Participate in department and plant safety meetings to stay informed on safety matters and adhere to all safety protocols. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement solutions to improve product quality, environmental sustainability, and health standards. Drive employee retention and engagement while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Requires two years of industrial manufacturing experience, current OSHA Certified Powered Industrial Vehicle license, and strong attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain and maintain current OSHA Certified Powered Industrial Vehicle operator license
- Minimum of two years industrial experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must have exhibited excellent attendance in prior work history and be committed to maintaining such attendance
- Must be able to sufficiently read, write, and understand English
