Job Summary
Act as a Subject Matter Expert supporting production planning SAP/MES systems, Auto Scheduling & Dispatching, and troubleshooting enhancements. Lead virtual factory improvement projects initiated by SDSM/SDSS plants and serve as the focal point for system changes and new planning processes. Collaborate with order fulfillment, IPPC, and planning teams to review processes for optimization using automation, while designing, implementing, and defining auto scheduling logic and business flows. Proactively analyze data to improve automation KPIs and support digital twin simulations to enhance ARV efficiency and utilization. Manage project improvements and automating production planning processes to meet deadlines, working cross-functionally to achieve KPIs such as build plan execution, OTD, inventory management, cycle time, and MLT.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management/ Management / Science/ Industrial Engineer/Mathematics/ Others.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in production planning
- Knowledge of applications such as MS Excel, MS Access, MS Visio & SQL
- Ability to multi-task in high energy and fast paced environment with critical and tight schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably with hands-on experience in SAP module in PP (Production Planning) and MES system
- Good understanding of manufacturing and production planning processes
