Ensure compliance with SOPs in production operations, maintain integrity of packet production, log ongoing activities, address breakdowns promptly, and manage spare parts communication. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams, uphold ISO & HACCP standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance and food safety. Demonstrates effective organization of manpower and materials for optimal performance, along with a commitment to process excellence as a team player.
Required Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Tetra Pak
- Proven track record of demonstrating technical skills
